Harry crept forward. This definitely was not Hogwarts. He heard shouting in the distance, mostly names he had never heard of before. For Example, Katniss, Grover, Anna-something, and others. It was a thick forest. The leaves shone with gold, red, and orange. Ron was stumbling behind, tripping after Hermione. Then, a boy and girl burst out from behind trees and bushes. "Grover! Hurry it up!" The boy said. The girl was the first to notice them. Her eyes first passed over Harry, and she widened her eyes. Once she saw his face, she passed over him to Hermione. She looked at her for two seconds then stared at Ron. She looked back to the boy and tugged his arm. "Percy... uh, people are in Camp Half-Blood." Percy swung his head around and regarded them. "Mm. They have to be Half-bloods." Harry, Ron and Hermione looked at them. Harry said, "I'm a Half-blood. But Ron is a pureblood, and Hermione is muggle-born." They stared at them. "Pureblood? Muggle-born?" Percy asked. The blonde girl tapped him on the shoulder. "I think by 'Pureblood' they mean full-god and muggle-born means you can see through the Mist." She whispered. Harry stared. "No, we don't. I heard you. By pureblood, I mean full-wizard, and by Muggle-born I mean born by normal people a wizard." Percy snickered. "Wizard? Oh, you mean sons and daughters of Hecate." He said. Harry shook his head. "No, wait, He-who?" Annabeth said, "People, cut the act. You're demigods." Hermione laughed. "Demigod? Uh, isn't that half god, half-mortal?" Percy and Annabeth nodded. "They're not real, as a matter of fact. We, wizards, are real." Annabeth growled. "Not real? Why I'll-" Her hand shifted towards her dagger. Hermione laughed again. "Well, then prove-" She was cut off by a rustling. They all faced towards the noise. Percy watched as they all pulled out sticks. Harry, Ron, and Hermione watched as Percy pulled out a pen. Percy uncapped the pen and it sprang in to a sword form. They gasped. Hermione started saying, "That's a really good concealment-" Then she stopped. A girl burst from behind a cluster of baby trees. She was wearing a black leather jacket, her hair was in a brown braid, and a jagged cut was tracing down her face. She muttered, "Need- to find... a sponsor.... box..." Percy and Annabeth yelled, "We need some nectar and ambrosia!" Hermione murmured, "Now I leave my Bezoars at the dormitory..." Harry and Ron said in unison, "Well, just do a rubbish healing spell!" Hermione grumbled. "I'm none of good at those, you know that!" Ron shook his head. "Rubbish." Percy cursed. "Annabeth, don't you have any Ambrosia?" Annabeth nodded, but said, "What if she's a mortal?" Percy looked nervous. "We... we have to risk it." She pulled a lemon bar looking-thing out of her pocket and stuffed it in the girl's mouth. Suddenly, she turned bright red. Her skin paled, and she sat up. "Wow... stewed lamb with dried plums?" She asked. Annabeth laughed. "Something called 'Ambrosia.'" Harry snatched it from her hand. And broke off a really large piece. He stuffed it all in his mouth and said, "Bloody tasty, that's what it is! Mm, Treacle tart, tastes like!" Percy's mouth watered. "That's it," He said. "I can't take it. It's too tempting." He took the rest from Annabeth's hand, and crunched it in two bites. His hair started smoking, and Annabeth warned, "Percy..." "Oh... sick! That's cool!" He levitated water from the creek behind him and washed it over his hair. Katniss and the group gawked. "What- how-" Hermione said. Then she continued, "Oh, and that was an amazing concealment charm you did earlier!" Percy blinked. "Concealment- what?" Hermione was about to answer, but they heard a vicious roar. A long, school bus-thick snake with claws the size of swords, large gold shark fins the size of computers running down its back, and golden-silver eyes that were evil and narrowed sat there. Its dark bronze scales resembled armor, and it had teeth that were as sharp and 3 times bigger than knives. It had gigantic horns that curled and zagged to different angles. Harry raised his stick, as Percy saw. Percy raised his sword, and Katniss aimed her bow. "Tough break." They all thought. Percy jumped forward and then stopped. Hermione started stuttering some random words, and Katniss let the arrow fly. It harmlessly bounced off the skin. Percy kept going forward and brought the sword to its target. Sadly, it was the Drakon's eyes. It howled in pain and uprooted a tree. Tossing it in the air, it howled again and ran away. It was flying towards Hermione. She screeched and yelled, "Win... Wingardium... Wingardium Leviosa!" The tree hovered and she flung her wand left. The tree flew to the side and landed with a thunk on the ground. Katniss stared. Percy blinked, and Annabeth had a dagger out. "Wizards." Percy repeated, then said, "Now I have a reason to believe you. C'mon. You too, random girl." Annabeth helped her up. They came to a row of cabins. They all sat around a campfire, along with tons of others. An hour later, Hermione and Annabeth were deep in conversation."So, you have more than four groups? Is there an evil and cunning group, or a heroic and brave group, like the Slytherins and Gryffindors I mentioned?" Annabeth laughed. "No, it's not like that. Nobody's really evil, but there is something like that Ravenclaw cabin you were talking about." Hermione looked interested. "Really? What?" Annabeth seemed to be enjoying it. "Yeah, I'm in it. It's the Athena cabin." Meanwhile, Percy and Harry were having a pretty cool time. Harry started, "My life was ruined and maimed because of a dumb prophecy and a villain Voldemort." Percy sighed and looked laugh-y. "Man, don't even get me started... this Voldemort guy. He sounds a lot like Kronos. Maybe weaker." Harry looked perplexed. "Weaker? How so?" Percy slapped his face. "Nothing. It's 9:58. Bed's in two minutes. Go to cabin 11." Harry turned his head to Percy and Asked, "Cabin 11?" But Percy had already gone.
Percy curled up in his bunk. He thought he saw Tyson's face shimmering in the fountain water. He rolled over. The blankets fell from his bunk and he shivered in the cold mattress. He walked to the fountain and pulled a drachma from his pocket. "O, Iris, Goddess of the Rainbow, show me Harry Potter." He threw the coin in the green area of the rainbow. It shimmered. The face of Fleecy popped up. "Perseus, so sorry, but he has some sort of magic-y wagic-y thing goin' on. For some reason, I can't access- oh! Nico's requesting a hunter of Artemis. Gotta go!" Her face shut off. First Percy thought, Nico... Hunter of Artemis? Something's going on. Ooh, Nico likes her, maybe... Then he knew it was Bianca. Percy sighed and walked to his closet. All he had was 15 Camp Half-Blood T-shirts, one of Nico's black leather jackets, Annabeth's shoes, sandals, a pair of bright, gory red tennis shoes, and a torn pair of jeans. He grabbed the jeans, a T-shirt, and the sandals. He put them on. Percy walked out to the field with Riptide, scanning for harpies. Once the coast was clear, he crept into cabin 11. Harry was on the topmost bunk, warm and content. Percy turned around to see a Harpy staring me in the face. He was so freaked out. In a matter of two seconds, he had hooked my thumb under Riptide's cap and popped it off. In a matter of one second, he swung his sword and it connected with the Harpy's neck. She turned into yellow dust and blew away with the wind. Percy shivered. Then, something scared him more. Chiron was there, giving him a glare that made him wish he had been eaten by the Harpy. He took Percy's shirt collar and dragged him off to the big hall. He laced his hand in his other hand and said, "Percy. You know it wouldn't have eaten you." Percy gulped and nodded, fingering his sword. He slipped the cap back on and shoved it in his pocket. Chiron gave Percy another hard glare. "Unacceptable. Percy, I expect more from you. You may leave." Once he was 20 yards away from the big house, he breathed. Rushing back to the Poseidon cabin, he locked the door behind him. Percy yawned. Sunlight was streaming through the window. Harry was leaning on the door, his long black cloak billowing behind him. "Harry... it's 7." He didn't seem to mind. "Breakfast. And, no, it's actually 8:52." He thrust a tray of toast to Percy and he started nibbling his own. Percy looked to his toast with a sick feeling in his stomach. He had just realized what he had done. Killed a Camp Harpy. He picked up his toast, examined it, and crunched it up in two bites. Harry looked startled. "Oh, don't you have Camp activities to do? " Percy sat up. He ran to his closet. Harry said, "Yeah, I loaded your closet." Percy grabbed his favorite pair of jeans (dark blue with a teal trident), his cleanest, nicest Camp shirt, and his beaded necklace. He put them all on and looked at Harry. His hair was combed oddly (yet incredibly neatly,) to the side like Percy's, but on a different side, and he was wearing different glasses. They were the normal rectangular glasses that were gold. The gold shined brightly, but Harry's emerald-green eyes shined brighter, and his natural smile glinted perfectly in the morning's sun. He had washed himself, and was wearing a perfectly-fitting Camp Half-Blood shirt. His jeans were black, with a scarlet-and-gold lion on the side. He was wearing polished dress shoes. In other words, without his glasses and scar, he would have looked like a perfected version of Percy. Percy for some reason felt a rush of jealousy to how good Harry was dressed that morning. But then he asked aloud, "Where did you get those pants?" Harry stumbled back. He hesitated for a second, then said, "School." Percy went out of his cabin to the Athena cabin and knocked. Annabeth opened. She hugged Percy then said, "You missed first activity. For some reason, Chiron went more blazing at that than Mr.D did, for some weird reason." Percy coughed. "Yeah. It's nothing. He just got a little... annoyed... erm, yeah." Annabeth pursed her lips. "You sure? He went kind of... in a fiery rage..." Percy kissed her. "Trust me. It's fine."
