The Girl at Hogwarts, Part 3

[In this story, it is changing to Snow's point of view.]

I gasped. "Wait, what? Ok, I'm not the abandon-society anymore." I snatch off the hood and cape and gently put it back onto the bed. Then I realize my braid is messed up. I fix it as Scorpius talks. "And then he says, Where's Snow Chang? I'm looking for her. It's urgent. And so, seeing as you're a Slytherin, It's probably bad. Y'know. Headmasters-Slytherins. Got the ol' rivalry, as always. What'd we do t' them? Nothing! Exactly. So I directed him to... *snicker* the BATHROOMS!" He burst out laughing. He waves. "See you." As he walks away, I roll my eyes. Boys. I'll never understand them. I go back into the hospital bed and pull up the covers. My eyes flutter closed.

There is hideous sunlight coming in the windows when I wake up. Madam Pomfrey is sitting there. She glares at me then says, "Mr. Devon came in at 9:48 when you were sleeping. He wanted to give you this." She handed me a box of Bertie Botts. A tiny paper was attached to it. It said, I 'bot' you are better. You are needed for Quidditch. You are now the seeker. I stare at the note. Then I march to the Slytherin room, ignoring Pomfrey. I go to my closet and pull out my best set of silver-and-green robes. I put them on and take my best black cloak. I hook it on my shoulders and walk down the hallway to the main room where the headmaster is. Albus and his gang are walking down too. Naomi surveys me with disgust. Her hair is tied up in a ponytail and she's wearing maroon robes and a golden tie. Albus looks at me. Although he's a centimeter shorter, he seems like he thinks he's taller. Albus puts up a hand. "Ok. Before you say any bloody thing, let me tell you I am just walking to Professor Devon. Good day." I stop him. "First, you were the one who was going to 'Say a bloody thing', and uh, I'm going to Devon too. I'm going to ignore you, Bloody prat. And your little--" I snickered. "Comrades." I laughed and kept walking to the office, Naomi glaring at me, Albus forcing his eyes to look forwards, and Kale, madly brushing off his quills and organizing them. Rose seems to be gone. Albus goes to the gargoyle first. "I demand meeting with the headmaster. It's very urgent." The gargoyle shakes its head and crosses its arms snottily. "No sir, not me, not him, not today." Albus grunts angrily then forces a smile at me. He must've saw me laughing. "Why don't you try, Slytherin prat?" I glared. "I will." I walk to the gargoyle and say, "Bertie Bot's every flavor beans." The gargoyle bows, and the stone slides open. Albus's jaw drops as I walk in. I pivot my heel and turn around. "Next time, monsieur? And, you're welcome. I did tell you the password." I smile. Not in the haughty way, I really smile. Nicely. And even Naomi, who hates me with every fiber of her being, knows that. Albus stares, but I hear him. It's quiet, but I hear him. And for the first time in a very, very long time, a Gryffindor is thanking a Slytherin.
