A Deadly Spell: Chapter 2

"What could she have wanted?" Flora asked. It had been three days since Deathany made her reappearance and she was nowhere to be found.
"Whatever it is, it can't be pretty," Ash said sternly, staring at the hospital past her shoulder. Tons of people were in there, and about one third of them had been drained of their magic.
"Icicle is going to be fine. what we need to worry about right now is figuring out what all Deathany meant by, 'I have come for what I deserve'," Cari noted, trying to soothe her friend.
"Sorry, it's just that ever since Deathany came back..." Ash couldn't finish her sentence.
"We all wish that we could go back and make things right, but we can't. Sadly, we have to face the facts and do the best we can to stop Deathany," Flora said, placing a hand on Ash's shoulder in a reassuring manner. It was some time later when the three girls decided to go to the underworld and confront Hades themselves.
"Hey guys, did you miss me?" Icicle asked from behind.
"AHH!!!" The three girls screamed, not aware that Icicle was behind them.
"Sorry, I should really learn to not do that," Icicle apologized.
"Well, you're here. And good timing too, because we're storming the underworld," Ash called over her shoulder, with the others following suit.

"I told you that it is impossible!" Hades shouted at Deathany, tears streaming down his face.
"Mentor Hades, I assure you that I can do this," Deathany said as she got ready to cast her spell. She was casting a revive spell; a spell that could supposedly bring the dead back to life. And what better place to do that than in the underworld?
"Deathany, if you can do it, then you're stronger than anyone in the dimension," Persephone whispered, not wanting to watch Deathany pull it off. Of course, a flash of light filled the room, and a little boy, who had once been a spirit, gave Deathany a quick thank you hug and ran away from the dark magic. Persephone gasped, and Hades patted her in protection. BLAAAAAAAAAARM!!!!!!
"It's the alarm!" Persephone shreiked.
"Get somewhere safe!" Hades ordered.
"I can deal with this myself. Save yourselves," Deathany replied simply as the room emptied. Just as Deathany had expected, she found Icicle, Ash, Cari, and Flora charging in.
"So you came to get a taste of my magic, have you?" Deathany asked, smiling one of those evil smiles that none of them liked.
"FIREBALL TO DEATHANY'S FACE!!!" Ash screamed, hurling a massive fireball at Deathany. It vanished into thin air before it touched Deathany. That's when she turned around and...
Icicle slapped Deathany clear across the face. A venom skull then found it's way into Icicle's body, and Icicle fainted in the impact.
"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!!!!!" Ash screeched, picking up Icicle and running for it, the others following behind.

  1. For some reason it seems like Ash is more evil than Deathany.

  2. Ash just can't control her temper. Remember that Ash is the fire person, and Deathany has death magic.
