About The Author Speedy Gonzales

Elena is her real name,in her spare time you might find her acting or reading a book.Elena was recently in "A Christmas Carol" at the Alley Theatre.She has been in her school spelling bee,twice!She goes to school at Greene Elementary in Mrs.McMillan's class in the 4th grade.She is the author of The Chosen Ones.Elena loves the movie Fantastic Mr.Fox because it has the full package,it has a little bit of action,romance,and definetly comedy!She is ten years old,and her favorite song is to sing When I Grow Up from "Matilda" because she can use a british accent.Her favorite singer is Liza Minelli and her song Ring Them Bells.When she looks at Mrs.Goins she thinks of Mary Poppins.I hope you enjoyed learning about Elena,see you next time!

* using a triple check before submitting any comment: Would I be happy to have my 
mother read this comment? My grandmother? My favorite teacher?
